4.3 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

4.4 Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 21 days and will be issued to the original payment method.
